Dyeing is an very important technique ensures that the color penetrates the yarn thoroughly, providing uniform and vibrant hues. The dyed yarn undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure color consistency, fastness, and overall quality. This includes visual inspection, color matching tests, and physical testing for strength and durability.
Depends on the product style and feature, various knitting techniques can create different fabric patterns and designs. High speed computer jacquard knitting and rapier loom weaving machines are the major types we are using for our products.
We use different printing methods, allowing for a range of designs and textures. We normally use bed screen printing for knitted scarves.
After producing the semi-finished products (knitting body), based on the final product design, several post-processing steps will be followed, including cutting, fabric brushing, linking, edge-locking, shearing, fringe twisting, sewing, ironing, etc, every step matters for the overall quality.
We conduct internal inspection process to ensure the products quality based on AQL standard, and accept 3rd-party inspection services as well.
